Clash Compass
Privacy Policy
What we use, what stays with you, and how to reach us.

Who provides the app
Clash Compass is provided by Parzi. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact support@parzi.dev. This policy covers the iPhone app and its supporting API services.
Your app identity
The app creates a random user ID and a personal access key to load the catalog and access account features. The key is stored in your device’s secure Keychain; the server stores a hash of it. The ID is not a hardware identifier and does not require an email address, a Supercell ID or a Clash account password.
What stays on your device
Imported village JSON, personal army drafts, notes, saved player profiles and local favorites are stored on your device. Village JSON is not uploaded for cloud backup. If you enable Premium backup, only saved catalog item IDs are stored on our server under your app user ID. Drafts, notes and village exports are not included.
Online profiles and army requests
Loading a public player profile sends its player tag through our API to coc.parzi.dev. Public names, Town Hall levels, troops, spells, heroes, equipment and pets are used for compatibility checks. The source service may retain public profile history. Army recommendation requests send the text you enter, selected Town Hall, battle mode and unit selections to coc.parzi.dev. If you choose profile-based recommendations, your public player tag is also sent. Do not enter passwords or private information in an army request. These requests are used to return recommendations, not to train a model on your private village export.
Purchases and Premium
Apple handles payments. Our API receives transaction IDs, product IDs, validity dates, revocation status and your app user ID to verify Premium access. RevenueCat receives the same app user ID and purchase information to manage purchase status, and may process app and device details under its privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.
Weekly usage and cloud backup
The ID of the esports layout you unlock and the UTC week start are stored under your app user ID to enforce the free weekly allowance. Premium status and saved catalog item IDs are stored for the relevant account features. Authorized service administration can access these records.
Network requests and security
Our services use Cloudflare and the source site coc.parzi.dev for catalogs, profile data, recommendations and image delivery. Ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, request time and user agent, may be processed by these providers. API rate-limit counters and IP-based security records are cleaned daily and can remain for up to 48 hours. Other provider logs follow their own retention policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.
Permissions and tracking
The app does not include advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. Optional village reminders use local notifications and require your permission. Importing a file uses the iOS file picker; the app does not ask for unrestricted access to your files, contacts or photo library. These web pages do not set analytics cookies or load third-party analytics scripts.
Retention, access and deletion
In the app, open Tools → Account data → Delete account and confirm the request. Local favorites, personal armies, notes, profiles, village JSON and village reminders are removed immediately. Access to account services stops while deletion is pending. Your server account, cloud favorite IDs, weekly usage, purchase-verification records and associated RevenueCat customer record are scheduled for deletion within 7 days. You can check completion from Account data. Apple retains its own purchase records under its policies; deleting this app account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in your Apple Account. Public player profiles cached by the separate source service are not private village exports or records owned by this app account; contact us about those separately. Keychain identity may persist after simply reinstalling, so use the in-app deletion flow instead. For access, correction or help with deletion, contact support@parzi.dev. Never send your password or secret access key.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Privacy rights depend on your location; you can contact us to exercise applicable rights. If this policy changes, the updated version and date will be published here. The app is not directed at children under 13; if a child’s data was submitted, contact us to request its removal.
