1. App and Publisher
StickerAI - Chibi Maker is an iOS application published by Parzi. You can download it from the Apple App Store. Official product information is available at https://parzi.dev/aistickermarketing/.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online services under the laws of your location. If you use StickerAI on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms.
3. License to Use the App
Parzi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StickerAI - Chibi Maker for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the App Store rules that apply to iOS apps.
4. How StickerAI Works
StickerAI lets you choose a selfie and select exactly 9 reactions from 50 expression options. The app sends the selected photo and expression choices for AI processing and returns a personalized 3×3 chibi sticker pack. Features, expression choices, output formats, model availability, generation limits, and sharing options may change by app version, plan, device, or region.
5. Your Photos and Permissions
You are responsible for the photos, expression choices, feedback, and other content you provide. You must own that content or have all permissions needed to submit and use it, including permission from any person shown in a photo. You grant Parzi and its service providers a limited permission to process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve StickerAI.
6. AI-Generated Output
AI-generated stickers may be unexpected, imperfect, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for other users. StickerAI does not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular artistic result, or uninterrupted generation. Review every output before saving, publishing, or sharing it. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated stickers is lawful and respects privacy, intellectual property, publicity, and platform rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StickerAI - Chibi Maker to:
- Violate laws, rights, privacy, or platform rules.
- Create or share abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or unsafe content.
- Impersonate another person without permission.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the app or related services.
8. Subscriptions, Credits, and App Store Purchases
Subscriptions and credit packs are offered as in-app purchases through Apple. Current prices, renewal periods, included benefits, and generation limits are displayed before purchase and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple unless cancelled through your Apple Account. RevenueCat helps synchronize purchase status and entitlements, while Apple handles payment processing, cancellation, and refund decisions.
App credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use eligible StickerAI features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and may be subject to technical, anti-abuse, or product limits described in the app.
9. Saving, Extensions, and Third-Party Apps
StickerAI may let you save transparent images, use an iMessage extension or custom keyboard, and share through WhatsApp, Instagram, the iOS share sheet, or other services. Third-party apps and platforms are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, technical limits, and availability. You are responsible for anything you share outside StickerAI.
10. Intellectual Property
StickerAI, the app design, branding, website, and related materials are owned by Parzi or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, trademarks, or service materials to you.
11. Privacy
Use of StickerAI is also governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://parzi.dev/aistickerprivacy/.
12. Changes and Availability
Parzi may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of StickerAI - Chibi Maker at any time. AI generation depends on internet access and third-party infrastructure, so features may be delayed or unavailable. Features may vary by device, region, plan, app version, or App Store availability.
13. Disclaimers
StickerAI - Chibi Maker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parzi disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities related to your use of StickerAI.
15. Termination
Parzi may suspend or terminate access to StickerAI if you violate these Terms of Use, create risk for other users, or misuse the app or related services.
