1. Photos and Choices You Provide
To create a sticker pack, you choose a selfie or portrait from your device and select exactly 9 reactions from 50 expression options. StickerAI does not require you to write an AI prompt. You are responsible for having permission to use any photo you submit.
2. Processing on Your Device
StickerAI may process images on your device to check for a face, correct orientation, resize or prepare the photo, separate generated stickers, remove the generation background, create transparent images, and save the stickers you choose. Saved stickers and app preferences may remain on your device or in the app's shared storage for the iMessage and keyboard extensions until you remove them or uninstall the app.
3. AI and Cloud Processing
AI generation requires an internet connection. Your selected photo and expression choices are sent through StickerAI's Cloudflare-based backend to fal.ai and its model providers so a personalized 3×3 chibi sticker pack can be generated and returned to the app. These providers may process input and output data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
4. App Account and Operational Data
StickerAI creates a pseudonymous app account so it can provide authentication, credits, subscriptions, rate limiting, and generation status. Operational records may include a user identifier, authentication token, credit balance, subscription tier, model and request identifiers, generation status and cost, selected expression identifiers, timestamps, and technical error information. The app stores its authentication token in the iOS Keychain.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. StickerAI uses RevenueCat to help verify subscription status, restore purchases, and synchronize entitlements or credit purchases. Parzi does not receive your full payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase-related information under their own privacy policies.
6. Support Communications
If you contact Parzi for support, we may receive your email address and anything you include in the message, such as device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue. This information is used to investigate and respond to your request.
7. How Information Is Used
- To provide, maintain, and improve StickerAI - Chibi Maker.
- To generate the 9-expression chibi sticker pack you request.
- To authenticate the app, track credits, verify purchases, and restore subscriptions.
- To prevent abuse, apply rate limits, diagnose errors, and maintain service reliability.
- To respond to support requests sent to support@parzi.dev.
- To comply with applicable legal, platform, and safety obligations.
8. Service Providers and Sharing
Parzi does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate StickerAI, complete purchases, provide support, comply with law, enforce the Terms of Use, or protect users and the service. Key providers include:
- Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscription management, and Apple-provided app analytics or crash information.
- Cloudflare for backend infrastructure, authentication, database operations, rate limiting, and service delivery.
- fal.ai and model providers for AI image generation and related processing.
- RevenueCat for subscription status, purchase validation, entitlements, and purchase restoration.
9. Data Retention
Photos and generated images are processed as needed to complete generation and delivery, subject to the processing practices of the providers above. StickerAI retains account, credit, purchase, and generation metadata for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Technical error logs are generally scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and processed purchase-webhook records after 7 days. Stickers saved on your device remain there until you delete them or remove the app.
10. Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You control which photo and expressions you submit. You can delete saved stickers in the app, remove the app's local data by uninstalling it, manage subscriptions through your Apple Account, and use Restore Purchases inside StickerAI. To request deletion of backend account data or ask a privacy question, email support@parzi.dev. We may need limited information to locate and verify the relevant account.
11. Security
StickerAI uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated requests and secure token storage. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children
StickerAI - Chibi Maker is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@parzi.dev.
13. International Use
StickerAI may be available in multiple regions. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable legal protections.
14. Changes to This Policy
Parzi may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at https://parzi.dev/aistickerprivacy/.
