Gizlilik politikası
Nekomola, Japonca hikâye okuma ve kelime çalışması uygulamasıdır. Nekomola hesabı açman gerekmez. Bu sayfa, uygulamanın cihazda tuttuğu verileri ve Apple, RevenueCat veya destek iletişimi üzerinden işlenen bilgileri açıklar.
Cihazdaki öğrenme verileri
Okuma konumun, tamamladığın hikâyeler, kaydettiğin kelimeler, tekrar sonuçları, kana çalışmaların ve tercihler uygulamanın cihazdaki saklama alanında tutulur. iCloud eşitlemesini açmadığında bu öğrenme kayıtları uygulama tarafından bir geliştirici sunucusuna gönderilmez.
İsteğe bağlı iCloud eşitlemesi
iCloud eşitlemesi başlangıçta kapalıdır. Açarsan okuma ve kelime ilerlemen, kana kayıtların, okuyucu tercihlerin ve tamamlanan bulmaca sayısı Apple hesabının özel CloudKit veritabanında tutulur ve cihazların arasında birleştirilir. Uygulama dili, kedi görünümü ve devam eden çalışmanın oturumu cihazda kalır. Satın alma erişimi iCloud üzerinden eşitlenmez.
Ayarlardan eşitlemeyi kapatabilirsin. Kapatmak mevcut cihaz veya iCloud kayıtlarını silmez. iCloud verilerini Apple hesabının iCloud saklama alanı ayarlarından yönetebilirsin. Eşitleme, eski sürümlerine dönebileceğin bir arşiv yedeği değildir.
Satın alma ve RevenueCat
Ödemeyi Apple işler; Nekomola geliştiricisi kart bilgilerini almaz. RevenueCat, satın alma doğrulaması, erişim yönetimi, geri yükleme ve satın alma raporları için işlem ve satın alma geçmişi bilgilerini, ayrıca oluşturduğu rastgele uygulama kullanıcı kimliğini işler. Uygulama, RevenueCat'e adın veya e-posta adresinle hesap açmanı istemez.
RevenueCat satın alma raporları öğrenme kayıtlarının reklam amaçlı takibi değildir. Uygulamada reklam ağı entegrasyonu ve uygulamalar arasında reklam takibi bulunmaz. Hizmetlerin veri işleme uygulamaları için Apple gizlilik politikası ve RevenueCat gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
Destek kimliğini paylaşma
Ayarlardaki “Destek kimliği”, RevenueCat'in oluşturduğu uygulama kullanıcı kimliğidir. Giriş adı veya şifre değildir. “Kopyala” kimliği panoya koyar. “Paylaş” iOS paylaşım ekranını açar; alıcıyı sen seçersin ve vazgeçebilirsin. Kimlik kendiliğinden geliştiriciye gönderilmez.
Kimliği destek için geliştiriciyle paylaşırsan satın alma kaydını bulmak, erişim sorununu incelemek veya geliştirici uygun görürse hediye erişim tanımlamak için kullanılır. E-posta veya başka bir iletişim kanalıyla paylaştığında o kanaldaki adın, adresin ve mesajın kimlikle ilişkilendirilebilir. Bu nedenle kimliği herkese açık paylaşmaman önerilir. Destek iletişimi isteğe bağlıdır; uygulamayı kullanmak için kimlik göndermen gerekmez.
Seslendirme ve bu sayfa
Japonca metin seslendirmesi iOS'un kullanılabilir sesini kullanır. Uygulama mikrofon kaydı yapmaz. Bu destek ve gizlilik sayfalarında form, çerez tabanlı analiz veya izleme betiği yoktur. Sayfayı sunan web hizmeti, sayfayı iletmek için ağ isteğini işler.
Saklama, silme ve iletişim
Cihaz kayıtları uygulamanın verilerini kaldırana kadar, isteğe bağlı iCloud kayıtları ise iCloud alanından kaldırana kadar tutulur. Uygulamayı silmek, ayrı iCloud verilerini ve Apple'ın satın alma kaydını silmez.
Destek yazışmaları talebin incelenmesi ve çözümün izlenmesi için kullanılır. Destek mesajlarının ve geliştiricinin erişebildiği RevenueCat kaydının silinmesini support@parzi.dev adresinden isteyebilirsin. Talebi doğru kayıtla eşleştirmek için gereken bilgiler istenebilir. Satın alma kaydı silinirse erişimi yeniden doğrulamak için aynı Apple hesabıyla geri yükleme gerekebilir. Bu işlem Apple'ın kendi işlem kayıtlarını silmez, satın almayı iade etmez veya Apple hesabını kaldırmaz. İadeler Apple üzerinden yönetilir.
Privacy policy
Nekomola is a Japanese story-reading and vocabulary practice app. No Nekomola account is required. This page explains the data kept on your device and information processed through Apple, RevenueCat or support communications.
Learning data on your device
Your reading position, completed stories, saved words, review results, kana practice and preferences are stored in the app's device storage. When iCloud sync is off, the app does not send these learning records to a developer server.
Optional iCloud sync
iCloud sync is off initially. If enabled, reading and vocabulary progress, kana records, reader preferences and the completed puzzle count are stored in your Apple Account's private CloudKit database and merged between your devices. App language, cat appearance and the active study session stay on the device. Purchase access is not synced through iCloud.
You can turn sync off in settings. Turning it off does not delete existing device or iCloud records. You can manage iCloud data through your Apple Account's iCloud storage settings. Sync is not an archive backup that lets you return to previous versions.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes the payment; Nekomola's developer does not receive your card information. RevenueCat processes transaction and purchase history information, together with its generated random app user ID, for purchase validation, access management, restoration and purchase reporting. The app does not ask you to create a RevenueCat account using your name or email address.
RevenueCat's purchase reporting does not track your learning records for advertising. The app has no advertising network integration or cross-app advertising tracking. See the Apple privacy policy and RevenueCat privacy policy for their data processing practices.
Sharing your support ID
The “Support ID” in settings is the app user ID generated by RevenueCat. It is not a login name or password. “Copy” puts it on the clipboard. “Share” opens the iOS share sheet; you choose the recipient and can cancel. The ID is not automatically sent to the developer.
If you share it with the developer for support, it is used to locate your purchase record, investigate access issues or grant complimentary access at the developer’s discretion. When you share it by email or another channel, your name, address and message on that channel may be associated with the ID. Avoid sharing it publicly. Support contact is optional; you do not need to send an ID to use the app.
Speech and these pages
Japanese text-to-speech uses an available iOS voice. The app does not record microphone audio. These privacy and support pages have no forms, cookie-based analytics or tracking scripts. The web service hosting the pages processes network requests to deliver them.
Retention, deletion and contact
Device records remain until you remove the app's data. Optional iCloud records remain until you remove them from iCloud storage. Deleting the app does not delete separate iCloud data or Apple's purchase record.
Support correspondence is used to investigate your request and follow up on its resolution. You can request deletion of support messages and the RevenueCat record available to the developer by emailing support@parzi.dev. Information needed to match your request to the correct record may be requested. If a purchase record is deleted, restoring with the same Apple Account may be needed to verify access again. This does not delete Apple's own transaction records, refund a purchase or remove your Apple Account. Apple handles refunds.
